Freddy, a German Shepherd from Rancho Cucamonga, CA went through the Balanced Canine Training SoCal Two Week Board & Train Program. Freddy was trained by dog trainer Jesse Medina in Ontario, CA

Freddy is a German Shepherd who barks a lot even when nothing seems to be a problem. After spending some time with freddy we learned that he is human aggressive because when people walk by him he low growls and lunges. Lastly he struggles on walks. While wanting to go after humans and some dogs, he also tends to walk on his two back legs and has slipped out of his collar in the past.

Took Freddy to a different place to train. He is getting past his fears and is starting to work better with me.

Freddy did good during training but he started to have very little foamy saliva yesterday and today it seems to have increased. We will continue to monitor it.

Freddy is slowly understanding that nothing is out to get him and is holding commands for a longer period of time. He is still fearful when other dogs walk by and causes him to get distracted.

Teaching door manners, dogs need to learn to WAIT TO BE RELEASED when the door is opened so that they don’t end up in the road.
