Meet Ruthie! A 2 year old Sheepadoodle from Venice California! She is here because she pulls on the leash, jumps a lot, and needs to learn basic obedience. But she is very friendly, playful, and loving! Ruthie is here for our 2 week board and train program! Stay tuned for Ruthie’s 14 day transformation!

Today Ruthie and trained at my house. I wanted to make sure she felt comfortable with me! Today I just introduced heel with Ruthie! Ruthie is still learning this command but she is a very smart girl! Ruthie is so cute and I’m so excited to see her progress over the next two weeks! Ruthie is adjusting well to her temporary home!

Today Ruthie and I went to Home Depot! Today we worked on Ruthie’s heel, recall, and sit! But we did focus on her heel and sit! Ruthie is still pulling on the leash so we will continue to work on her heel so she doesn’t pull! Ruthie has been such a good girl! She is very smart and improving each day we train!

Today Ruthie and I went to Hobby Lobby! Today Ruthie and I worked on her heel, recall, and down! But our main focus was on her heel can recall! Ruthie has improved so much on her heel! She is still learning how to heel but her pulling has gotten so much better! She is still getting the hang of recall! Ruthie has been doing great and she is improving each day we train!

Today Ruthie and I went to the Valencia Mall! Today we worked on all of Ruthie’s commands but we focus on her heel and recall! Everytime Ruthie got a little too far out from her heel position, I gave her some leash tension to guide her closer towards me. Ruthie is still getting the hang of these commands! She is improving each day we train with her and she is being such a good girl!

Today Ruthie and I went to Hollywood walk of fame! Today we worked on all of Ruthie’s commands but we did focus on Ruthie’s recall and her down! We will continue to work on all her commands to improve them each day! Ruthie has been such a good girl!

Today Ruthie and I went to The Grove! We worked on all of Ruthie’s commands today! But we did focus on her place and heel today! Ruthie does get nervous getting onto new place objects but we will continue to build her confidence! Ruthie did such a great job today! She is improving each day we train!

Today Ruthie and I went to the Santa Monica Pier! We worked on all of Ruthie’s commands but we did focus on her heel and recall! Ruthie has been such a good girl and she is improving everyday we train! Ruthie got so many compliments from people at the pier! It has been so fun to train her!

Today Ruthie and I went to the Valencia mall! We worked on all of her commands and Ruthie did great! Ruthie didn’t want to go onto her place command so I did have to help her. Also she did get off of her place command so I put her back on it and made sure she completed the command! Since it was Halloween Ruthie did want to dress up! We dressed her up as a hotdog and she loved it! Ruthie has been such a good girl!

Today Ruthie and I went to the Park! Today we really focused on Ruthie’s place command! Ruthie does get scared to get on new objects so we worked her through it! Today was a big day for Ruthie! Ruthie normally is to nervous to jump into the car by herself but today she was able to jump in all alone! I was so proud of Ruthie! Ruthie is such a good girl! She is improving each day we train!

In this video Ruthie did mess up on her recall so I did help her out but after that Ruthie did great on completing the command! In this video Ruthie did need some help on her place and recall but Ruthie was able to complete the commands which was great! Ruthie did such a good job today! She is improving each day we train!

Today Ruthie and I went to Hollywood Blvd! Ruthie and I worked on all of her command’s today! We are getting her ready to go home! In this video Ruthie did get excited on place and wanted to go say hi to people but I made sure to let Ruthie know that saying hi to people wasn’t her job at the moment and to complete her place command first. Ruthie did such a great job today! Ruthie is so excited to show her family what she has learned over the past two weeks!
