Ross | German Shepherd | Santa Monica, Ca In-Training

Ross is a German Shepherd who is here for 3 weeks of boarding. He is Excellent with all dogs. Great with people he knows but sometimes unfriendly with strangers, particularly in/near their house. Ross will growl or bark at people or objects that are unfamiliar especially on the street, hiking trails, etc. He does not have good recall and will only come when he chooses to which is not good when he is a rage mindset. With anything unfamiliar he is uncontrollable and his owners do not know how to manage this. He has a background of at-home training and understands basics like sitting and down but cannot hold all commands and his parents would like to sharpen his obedience and overall manners with people.
