Meeko, a Husky from Sun Valley, CA went through the Balanced Canine Training SoCal Two Week Board & Train dog training program. Meeko was trained by dog trainer Amanda Lascari in La Habra Heights, CA.
Meeko, a 1 year old Husky, has joined Offleash SoCal for our 2 week board and train program. Meeko is a smart and friendly boy who has a mind of his own. He knows his commands, but prefers to be bribed with treats. He tends to pull on the leash while going for a walk, specially when he sees other dogs. Over the 2 weeks, Meeko will be working on his off leash obedience and manners. Check in to see his progress!

Today Meeko and I met up with some of the other Offleash SoCal trainers at a park. He got make some doggie friends and practice commands. I introduced him to the ecollar and practiced the commands come and sit. He did throw a little tantrum when he didn’t want to listen, it was pretty funny. He flopped on the floor and rolled around on his back and whined. He is doing ok with being in the crate. He slept in it well through the night, but did whine a little while in the car. He is having fun running around and playing with my pack of dogs.

Today Meeko and I went to the park to the park to work on commands. He practiced the down command and more on loose leash walking.

Today I took Meeko to La Mirada park to work on commands. He is doing very well. The heel command is coming along great, Meeko hardly pulls now.

Meeko and I went to the park to work on commands. We practiced the place command on a new object, the park table. Today Meeko work on his off leash heel, which he did awesome! He still had a leash attached but i didn’t have to hold it; I let him drag it the whole time.
