Kylo, a German Shepherd, from Pasadena, CA went through the Balanced Canine Training SoCal 2 Week Board & Train Program. Kylo was trained by dog trainer Jesus Medina in Acton, CA

Kylo is a 7 month old german shepherd who is super curious about the world including everyone and everything in it. He has not been known to show aggression but he does like to pull toward dogs and humans in order to play with them. One of his problems is that he loves to jump on people if he gets the chance to be near them, he is a big boy so the older he gets it will be a hassle for his family to handle his weight and height.

Kylo did a good job with some sit and down repetition and we went over a following game to condition with the e collar

Kylo and Aileen worked together today, they have been working together since day one and today they focused on down and come to heel. They are a great match and he responds to her very well he is making great progress !!

Kylo worked off leash today and did really well with following along and making sure to stay on my left side on heel command.

Kylo is staying on command while we move from the place object. He understand the concept of place but at first it takes him time to adjust to the object when he tries somewhere new for the first time.
