Meet Huey, an 8 month old Belgium Malinois/ Shepherd mix from Torrance, CA. He will be joining us for our Two Week Board and Train Program. He is such a bright, playful, and loving boy. During his stay, he will be learning Basic Obedience and Leash Manners. We will also be working on his separation anxiety, crate training, jumping on guests, play biting, front door manners, focusing in public, and reactivity to people and dogs. Pupdate 12/26/21
Today we began our first training session with learning how to Sit and Come at the Hawthorne Memorial Park. We had many distractions to overcome, but Huey did great. He demonstrated that he is smart and a quick learner.
Huey is having some trouble with being in his crate, but we will continue to work on it.
