Epic and I got to know each other today by going on a long walk and getting familiar with the e-collar. He did great greeting used to the stim sensation. We worked on name recognition today and a little bit of his heel. He is doing amazing so far! He hasn’t barked at anyone yet but did get a little spooked with some Halloween decorations around the neighborhood. Epic is a good boy! He ate all of his dinner and drank a lot of water.

Epic and I went to a local park to work on his heel and his come to sit. He did get a little overwhelmed at how close we were and was uncomfortable with the leash pulling him so he did try to be a little mouthy. Once he got over it he was a little more comfortable and was understanding what I was asking him to do. He is a really smart boy! We also saw a dog and a couple walk by and he didn’t bark or try to go after them. He is doing such a good job. He also slept throughout the whole night and even went potty outside. He ate all of his breakfast and dinner and enjoyed some play time in my backyard with me this morning as well.

He does seem a little nervous around other dogs but I’m working him through it. Overall epic is being a good boy and is eating all of his food and going potty outside.
