Enzo & Zara | Aussiedoodles | Topanga Canyon, CA | Boarding
Welcome, Enzo and Zara! These two are a couple of fun Aussiedoodles who get to hang out with me and several other doggie friends for a little while. They've previously completed a board and train program with us, so we're going to brush up on some of their leash walking skills while their parents are on vacation. For the most part, though, they're just here to socialize and have fun on a vacation of their own!

As we talked about during the hand-off, I introduced Zara and Enzo to the crew one dog at a time beginning with Loki, my border collie. They got along right away, so I filtered in the others until they were comfortable. Panda, the corgi, briefly got up in Enzo's face, and Enzo gave him an appropriately firm, "No thank you!", and that was it. Panda got the hint instantly and went on his way to go find a ball of play with, no problem! Beyond that, the two spent the day cruising around the yard, sniffing things and checking out the other dogs without any major signs of anxiety. They lounged in the sun here and there, and were generally just quiet and comfortable. They're going to fit right in here, and I'm looking forward to getting to spend the next week with them!
