Churro is settling in nicely! Once we got home, I let him explore the back yard a while. We went for a nice evening walk, and worked on our leash manners. He ate almost all of his dinner, he left a little bit in his bowl.

Wrapping up our year with a nice walk! Churro gets tired after about 15 minutes. He's getting the hang of heel with the E-Collar, we still need to work on our turns, but he's not tugging anymore. Tomorrow we're heading to the home depot to practice around distractions.

Spending our evening practicing at the Home Depot! He's been getting the hang of heel around distractions pretty well. He loves to meet new people, so holding commands with people talking to me is something we'll be working on more the next few days.

Found a cozy bed at PetSmart to practice place on! We spent most of our time training today off leash around the neighborhood. He's doing better around people walking by, and refocuses quickly. Tomorrow we're going to practice more around a park.

Practicing off leash in Home Depot! He still struggles a bit around people that talk to him, but it's good progress!

Relaxing by an interactive chess set. It spooked him at first, but he got over it quickly. We had a fun day practicing our commands at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. Churro knows everything I'm asking of him, now we're working on proofing his commands in public with distractions.

Had a great day at the block of Orange practicing all of our off leash skills! We're working on tightening up his heel and increasing the amount of distractions he can handle.

Pupdate 1/12/2020 Practicing our food refusal skills! Churro's made some great progress, and we're excited to show you everything he's learned tomorrow.
