Capitan is a belgian malinois puppy who is very difficult to manage. He gets too excited with people, animals or anything moving like bicycles. He barks a lot and won’t listen to his owners commands at that point. His excitement and curiosity has slowly turned into aggression and after training his owners hope to have a dog they can manage and take on walks without much worry. Capitan has even gotten to the point where he lunges and bites at his own owners. Aside from his family, capitan has also redirected at and bit both his vet and a past trainer.
