Bella, a 7 month old French Bulldog Shepherd Mix, has joined OffLeash SoCal for our one week board and train program. Bella’s owners say she a very sweet girl but is protective of the house. She is reactive when seeing other dogs, pulls when going for a walk, is easily distracted, and doesn‘t always follow commands. Over the next week Bella will be working on her on leash obedience and manners. Check in to see her progress!

Today I introduced and conditioned Bella to the ecollar. We practiced commands sit and place. Place is a command where Bella must sit or lay on a defined object. This command is great for building confidence as well as teaching her to be relaxed and calm. Bella is having a blast with all her new doggie friends!

today Bella and I went to the park to work on her commands. We practiced come to sit, down, and heel. Heel is still a work in progress, but she is walking a lot better now. Bella is a fast learn and is doing a great job with her obedience!
