Allow me to introduce myself—I’m Kody Pham, a passionate and certified dog trainer dedicated to strengthening the bond between dogs and their human companions. My credentials come from Animal Behavior College, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of canine behavior. With starting my hands-on experience in 2020, I’ve become well versed in various facets of the dog care industry, including dog daycare, dog sitting, dog walking, and formal training.
My personal journey into dog training truly ignited when I rescued Olive, a beautiful and spirited half Cane Corso, half Pitbull pup. Olive came into my life with her own unique set of challenges, much like many rescue dogs. It was through the process of helping her overcome these hurdles, watching her grow in confidence, and seeing her truly thrive that I discovered my profound passion. This experience wasn't just about training a dog; it was about understanding the nuances of dog behavior, the importance of clear communication, and the incredible satisfaction of fostering a harmonious relationship between a dog and their family.
Since those formative days with Olive, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse array of dogs. From the smallest Chihuahuas to the largest Great Danes, and every breed and mixed breed in between, I’ve encountered a vast spectrum of personalities and training needs. My approach is always centered on personalized training—recognizing that every dog is an individual with their own learning style and temperament. This isn't about one-size-fits-all solutions; it’s about crafting strategies that are effective and practical in real-world scenarios, seamlessly integrating into your daily life.
