Mandy, a Golden Retriever from Simi Valley, CA went through the Balanced Canine Training SoCal Board & Train dog training program. Mandy was trained by dog trainer Katie Lapin in Los Angeles, CA
This is Mandy, a 7 month old Golden Retriever from Simi Valley. Mandy is a very happy pup who loves to climb anything she can and loves her 3 little human sisters. Mandy is here for our three week board and train program because she pulls on the leash for walks, has selective hearing, and chewing on kid's toys! Over the course of her time here, she will learn how to listen and obey commands with ease so check out her pawesome pupdates as we go!

Sometimes when she feels the e collar and I tell her to Come, she tries to go to the very end of the leash. So she does not understand yet the stim will stop if she complies.

Not a minute after she vomited, she went back outside and played with the other dogs so maybe she just got herself worked up this morning. She was fine the rest of the day no concerns. Later, we practiced mainly heel and I am proud of how far she has come. We walked to the park again I was able to let the leash drag a couple times on the walk. Great job Mandy!
