Meet Poppy! A 7 month old Newfypoo from Venice California! She is here because she pulls on the leash, jumps a lot, and needs to learn basic obedience. But she is very smart, playful, and loving! Poppy is here for our 2 week board and train program! Stay tuned for Poppy’s 14 day transformation!

Today Poppy and I trained at my house! Today we just introduced heel and recall with Poppy! Poppy is still learning these commands but she is a very smart girl! Poppy is doing great and she is adjusting well to her temporary home! Stay tuned for Poppy’s transformation!

Today Poppy and I went to the park! Poppy and I worked on her heel, recall, and duration sit! Poppy is still learning these commands but she is definitely catching on to what is being asked! Poppy has been such a good girl and she has been so much fun to train!

Today Poppy and I went to Hobby Lobby! We went there to work her in distractions! Poppy and I worked on her recall, heel, and place! Poppy is still learning these commands but she is doing great! She is making improvements each day we train! Poppy has been such a good girl!

Today Poppy and I went to the Valencia Mall! Poppy and I worked on all of her commands today but we did focus on her heel and duration sit! In this video you see Poppy get out of her duration sit so I just made sure to put her back into a sit and make sure she follows through with the command! Poppy did great today and she is improving each day we train!

Today Poppy and I went to Central Park! Poppy and I worked on all of her commands today but we did focus on her heel and down! Poppy did struggle on her down but she is getting the hang of it. Poppy has been improving each day we train but we will continue to work on these commands to make them better each day! Poppy has been such a good girl!

Today Poppy and I went to the Valencia mall! We worked on all of Poppy’s commands. In this video I did drop the leash when heeling her but she did try to go ahead of me so I held on to the leash and corrected her and once she was heeling with me I re-dropped the leash! Poppy did a good job and she is improving each day we train!

Today Poppy and I went to Santa Monica Pier! Poppy got to work with another pup today! We worked on all of Poppy’s commands but we did focus on her place and down. We are still working on Poppy being in a command for an extended amount of time. Poppy has been such a good girl and she is improving each day we train!

Today Poppy and I went to Century City Mall! Poppy and I worked on all of her commands but we did focus on her extended place and down! Poppy did pop up when she was asked to be in a down so I just made sure she completed the command until she was released. Poppy has been such a good girl and is improving each day we train!
